Rosemary A. Okoiti, CPTD, CPC, is the L&D manager at Winrock International. She is also founder and CEO of Rosemary Okoiti Consulting, a company that coaches and trains professionals to take the leap to reinvent themselves into successful entrepreneurs. She has extensive global experience in three continents covering intercultural business coaching and facilitation; and training delivery, design, and management of leadership development programs, compliance, and onboarding.

Okoiti is passionate about helping others start and run their own successful businesses as well as designing and delivering engaging learning solutions that help learners grow to their highest potential while driving achievement of strategic business goals.

Her global exposure through talent development as well as her personal experiences have driven Okoiti’s passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion leading to her involvement in advocating for it.

She is currently on the board of directors of the Association for Talent Development’s New York City (ATD NYC) Chapter as the vice president of talent management.

Okoiti holds a master of education in entrepreneurship development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor of education in economics and business from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
